Fundraising & Programs

The Downtown Orlando Foundation, Inc. will contribute funds toward prominent projects, charities or programs focused on the improvement of Downtown Orlando.

In the first year, funds were raised through the financial contributions of the organization's Founding Trustees. Thereafter, funds have been raised through Oball, a high-profile gala held each year.

All Downtown Orlando Foundation events are held in Downtown Orlando using businesses, vendors and merchants located primarily in the central business district.

The projects to which funds are dedicated are selected by the Foundation's Board of Directors with consideration given to the priorities of:
